Lily Ridley and Allie Marshall Earn NYSSMA Zone 3 Senior High Area All-State Honors

We are proud to recognize two outstanding student musicians who have earned acceptance into the NYSSMA Zone 3 Senior High Area All-State Festival, a prestigious honor that celebrates exceptional musical achievement among high school students across the region.
Lily Ridley has been selected to perform in the Treble Choir for the Zone 3 Senior High Area All-State Festival. Lily’s acceptance reflects her strong musicianship, dedication to vocal performance, and success in the highly competitive NYSSMA audition process. She will join other top student vocalists from throughout Zone 3 at Ithaca College, where the festival will take place on January 30 and 31. During the two-day event, students will participate in intensive rehearsals led by distinguished guest conductors and conclude the festival with a culminating performance.
Allie Marshall has also earned acceptance into the Zone 3 Senior High Area All-State Festival, performing on trombone. Allie’s selection is a testament to her commitment to musical excellence and her success in the rigorous audition process. She will perform alongside some of Zone 3’s most accomplished high school instrumentalists, gaining valuable experience in a high-level ensemble environment.
Selection for the NYSSMA Zone 3 Area All-State Festival is based on top scores achieved at NYSSMA solo evaluations, making acceptance a significant and well-earned honor. Participation in the festival provides students with the opportunity to further develop their musical skills, collaborate with peers who share a passion for music, and learn from professional conductors and educators.
We congratulate Lily Ridley and Allie Marshall on these impressive achievements and applaud them for representing our school and community with talent, dedication, and Panther pride. We wish them a rewarding and inspiring experience as they perform at Ithaca College.
